Chef Tim Muehlbauer
Tim grew up cooking with his maternal Grandmother learning traditional Danish food as well as taking an interest in his Grandmother’s love of cake decorating. After high school, Tim worked at the Pan Pacific Vancouver in the pastry department. He then went to VCC and completed his culinary diploma.
Afterwards Tim took off to London, England where he worked at the prestigious Claridges Hotel for 5 years, followed by a couple of years at a Michelin starred restaurant in France.
Returning to Canada Tim worked as a Chef at “La Rua” in Whistler, Banff and later instructing at Dubrulle. Before moving to New Brunswick Tim was the Pastry Chef Instructor at the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver.
