East Coast Bistro is located in downtown Saint John. We serve maritime cuisine focusing on locally sourced seasonal ingredients. We are putting a maritime spin on a typical French style of home cooked meals.
We are passionate about cooking and pride ourselves in making all our products from scratch in-house. Everything from our mayonnaise to our breads are made right here at the restaurant.
We want to show that you don’t have to deep fry everything or order strawberries from Chile in January to run a restaurant in this climate and to actually eat well and to eat local.
We are proud of the authenticity of our product and it’s wonderful to bring our food to the table of our patrons.
